This Privacy Policy applies to WLODigital websites, mobile apps, web apps, learning tools, and related development projects created by Wenda O'Neill. WLODigital may later operate as WLO Digital LLC after business formation is complete.

Our General Privacy Approach

WLODigital does not sell personal information. WLODigital does not intentionally collect or store personal information unless it is needed to provide a website, app, purchase, support, account feature, or requested service.

Mobile Apps

For WLODigital mobile apps, information is generally stored locally on the user's own device. This may include app settings, saved content, progress, preferences, recipe information, game activity, or exported files, depending on the app.

Users may choose to share, export, save, or back up information from within an app. When a user chooses to share or export information, that action is controlled by the user and may involve services outside WLODigital, such as the user's device, cloud storage, messaging apps, email apps, or other sharing tools.

WLODigital does not intentionally maintain a separate database of personal information from mobile apps unless a specific app feature clearly states otherwise.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Mobile app subscriptions, in-app purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where the app was downloaded. WLODigital does not receive or store full payment card numbers from Apple or Google transactions.

Web Apps and Payments

For WLODigital web apps, personal information is generally not collected unless needed to provide access, process payment, respond to support, or operate a requested feature.

Payments are typically processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or similar services. Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies. WLODigital does not intentionally store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

Depending on the project, WLODigital may receive information such as a name, email address, support request, purchase confirmation, account identifier, app store subscription status, payment status, technical support details, or information voluntarily submitted by the user.

Technical Information

WLODigital websites, apps, hosting providers, app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, or security tools may automatically process limited technical information, such as device type, browser type, operating system, approximate location, crash reports, pages visited, IP address, performance data, or usage events. This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the projects.

Voice, Recipe, Game, and Learning Features

Some WLODigital projects may include voice-first tools, recipe tools, learning games, AI education resources, or instructional design tools. If a feature uses voice input, saved recipes, gameplay progress, notes, prompts, or other user-created content, that information is intended to remain on the user's device unless the app or web app clearly explains another method of processing.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to provide app or website functionality, process purchases, confirm subscription status, answer support requests, improve reliability, maintain security, fix errors, and improve accessibility and user experience.

WLODigital does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when needed to operate the app, website, payment, support, hosting, analytics, app store subscription, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security functions.

WLODigital projects may rely on third-party services such as Apple, Google, Stripe, hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, cloud services, or security tools. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

WLODigital projects are generally intended for adults, entrepreneurs, learners, and general users. WLODigital does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact WLODigital so it can be reviewed and removed if appropriate.

Data Retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was provided, to operate the project, resolve support issues, meet legal or accounting obligations, maintain security, or comply with app store and payment provider requirements.

Your Choices

You may delete locally stored app information by using app features, device settings, or uninstalling the app. Subscription cancellations and refunds must be managed through Apple App Store or Google Play when the purchase was made through those platforms.

You may contact WLODigital to ask about information you believe was provided directly to WLODigital, request correction, or request deletion where applicable.

Security

Reasonable steps are taken to protect information. However, no website, app, device, payment system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
