These Terms of Use apply to WLODigital websites, mobile apps, web apps, learning tools, and related development projects created by Wenda O'Neill. WLODigital may later operate as WLO Digital LLC after business formation is complete.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, WLODigital content, text, designs, graphics, project names, code examples, learning materials, and related materials are owned by Wenda O'Neill or used with permission. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or claim WLODigital materials as your own without written permission.

WLODigital may change, pause, remove, update, or discontinue any website, app, tool, feature, or content at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless another law is required to apply.
