Helpful Details to Include

If you are reporting an issue, please include the project or app name, your device type, browser or app version, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any error message you saw.

Subscriptions and Billing

If your subscription or in-app purchase was made through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund requests must be handled through the app store account used for the purchase.

If a web app payment was processed through Stripe or another payment provider, support may ask for basic payment confirmation information but should never ask for your full credit card number.

Local App Data

Many WLODigital mobile apps store information locally on your own device. If you delete the app, reset your device, or remove local app data, saved information may be lost unless you exported or backed it up first.
